The apartment Stelle Sul Mare are our new Apartments located in one of the most beautiful home of the twentieth century, in the pedestrian area of Grottammare, the pearl of the Adriatic Sea, 4 meters from the sea and in the center.
Pub, restaurants, supermarkets, shops....all is only 2 minutes from you.
The apartments are full furnished, there are all the amenities. The kitchens are furnished: dishes, glasses, appliances, television, oven and microwave oven and much more, air conditioned!!!

A refundable security deposit of €150 is due.
Notes
The mandatory tourist tax is 1 euro per person per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.
Pet supplement 50 euros per pet.
Late Check-In supplement (from 6.00pm to 8.00pm): €30
Any arrivals after 8pm are subject to agreements.
For cancellation of the reservation within 7 days prior to the check-in date, payment of the entire stay is required.

allora già essere a Grottammare a fare le ferie è stupendo...ma se poi trovi un' appartamento cosi confortevole che non ti manca nulla..che ha anche un bellissimo balconcino che affaccia sul mare ...e non finta perché sei anche sul lungo mare che fa come pista ciclabile che collega sia Cupra a San Benedetto....di sicuro ci ritorno ..

Appartamento molto bello, moderno ed elegante. Comodissimo ai ristoranti e alla spiaggia... praticamente sul mare. Parcheggio sotto casa. Vista top! Stupendi i paesini nei dintorni.

Abbiamo soggiornato in sei nell'appartamento La Perla. L'appartamento é veramente bello,dotato di ogni comfort, pulito e con vista mozzafiato. Emanuela gentilissima, disponibile e cordiale. Se vogliamo trovarci una pecca, l'unica cosa alla quale non siamo riusciti ad abituarci é stato il rumore dei treni, per il resto non saremmo tornati a casa. Lo consigliamo a tutti perché merita.
Bellissimo appartamento a due passi dal mare!
L'appartamento "La Vela" prometteva molto bene già dalle foto, ma la realtà è stata anche meglio. Piccolo, curato e dotato di ogni comfort, comprese l'aria condizionata e la lavatrice, per la nostra famiglia è stata la soluzione perfetta per la nostra vacanza. Situato in un bel palazzo (terzo piano con ascensore) a due passi dal mare, è arredato con cura e gusto e soprattutto la pulizia è impeccabile. Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Appartamento nuovo, con tutti i confort e splendida vista mare. Utilissimo il Wi-Fi condominiale. Comodo per la spiaggia e per il centro. Aria condizionata indispensabile per il mese di agosto. Emanuela sempre cortese e disponibile. Ottimo!
Vacanza a 5 stelle
È un residence meraviglioso, abbiamo potuto soggiornare in e appartamenti diversi e sono uno più bello dell'altro. La Conchiglia è il connubio perfetto tra qualità e prezzo: dotato di tutti i comfort e adatto anche a famiglie con bimbi piccoli. Tutti i servizi sono raggiungibili in 5 minuti e questo permette di abbandonare l'auto per tutta la durata della vacanza. La gestione da parte dell'agenzia è magnifica: disponibilità, serietà e cortesia. Se vale il detto: bon c'è due senza tre, l'estate 2021 ci vedrà ancora lì.

Ottimo appartamento fronte mare a due passi dal centro
Ottimo appartamento in contesto signorile, fronte mare (bisogna solo attraversare la pista ciclabile e si è in spiaggia), a soli 5 min a piedi dal centro di Grottammare; finemente arredato e con tutti i comfort: ascensore, aria condizionata, lavatrice, tv, (tranne lavastoviglie), un cortile a disposizione per il parcheggio delle biciclette, deposito di ombrelloni e giochi da spiaggia e con un punto acqua per sciacquare la sabbia e non portarla in casa. Posizionata sulla pista ciclabile, si puo raggiungere nel giro di pochi minuti San Benedetto del Tronto e Cupra Marittima. La sig.na Emanuela, gentilissima e cordiale, è disponibile anche per consigli extra, per esempio su dove acquistare eccellenti olive all'ascolana da portare a casa.
