30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
20% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after. For cancellation of the reservation within 7 days prior to the check-in date, payment of the entire stay is required
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €150 is due.
Notes
The tourist tax is 1 euro per person per night up to a maximum of 6 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.Â
Animal supplement: € 50 per animalÂ
Late Check-In Supplement (6 to 8 pm): € 30Â
